A Record Setting Year At Benn’s Grant
It was another successful year at Benn’s Grant! In 2021, 126 new homes were sold, making it the #1 selling Ryan Homes community in Hampton Roads – and, one of the top two best selling communities in Hampton Roads. Thank you to everyone who helped make Benn’s Grant so successful in 2021. We can’t wait to see what 2022 will bring!
Benn’s Grant Final Opportunities!
Out of 536 homes, there are just 61 new home opportunities left! The final 10 townhome homesites and 7 single family opportunities for the community are currently available as are 8 paired (duplex) homesites. The final section of 36 paired homesites will be available for sale soon.
Parks and Miles of Nature Trails
With the newly installed asphalt walking paths and sidewalks through open space, another ¾ of a mile was added to the community’s trail system, and finishing touches are being put on the final two parks that will provide additional open space areas to relax and enjoy!
