Out of an abundance of caution due to the COVID-19 virus, our model homes within Benn’s Grant will be open on an appointment only basis. This is not to discourage the purchase of a new home. The housing market remains strong and interest rates are at historic lows. We’re simply taking measures to minimize the risk of exposure to our residents, future homebuyers, Realtors, and staff.

If you are looking to buy a new home in Benn’s Grant, you can explore floorplans, view available homes, and even take a virtual tour of many of our homes when visiting the Ryan Homes/Benn’s Grant website.
